I have recently passed my driving test with Colin’s help. I had previously tried to take my test twice and failed and then gave up driving for about 15 years. Colin helped me to realise that I am a good driver and that I was more than capable of passing the driving test. He didn’t laugh when I said I wanted to pass before Christmas; although we did laugh at my driving mistakes from time to time. With Colin’s help I went from someone who refused to get behind the wheel to someone who is now driving everywhere even on motorways. Thanks so much Colin I couldn’t have done it without you.

Colin is an excellent driving instructor. He is very patient and doesn’t rush you into doing manoeuvres you’re not comfortable with. Lessons are well structured and he allows plenty of time to practice things you’re not too confident with. Colin gives you a progress card which we go through each lesson and this is great as you can see how you’re improving from one lesson to the next. He puts you at ease and makes driving lessons a pleasant experience. Thanks to Colin, I passed my theory and practical 1st time. I would definitely recommend Colin to anyone who is thinking of taking driving lessons.

While learning to drive with Colin the lessons were fun and structured and we would work over any areas I found difficult. Colin also helped with my confidence as I previously didn't have much while driving but now I have passed I love driving and am driving to Swansea and will be going back to do my Pass Plus soon.

It was a priority to get my children driving during their university summer break as I was relocating and they needed their 'driving' independence. After the initial driving assessment, both were very happy to have Colin as their instructor; they found him easy to talk to, patient and friendly. As a parent (at our first meeting) I found Colin to be extremely well equipped to deal with both their different personalities and abilities behind the 'learner driver' wheel. Colin was very realistic in terms of the length of time needed to get them both passed, but he was also very committed and supportive of their individual goals, working with them at every opportunity to get the best possible result. They passed in October and November (after only 4 months of tuition) and I would recommend Colin to any prospective learner, as a great ambassador for driving instructors.

After failing to get anywhere with two different driving instructors, I had lost a lot of confidence, and found it difficult to get back behind the wheel. Colin showed nothing but patience and understanding. When I started with Colin I was practically a new learner, and he always made sure that if I wasn't completely confident with something we had learnt that lesson, I could take as much time as I needed until I was, and within 6 months I had passed my practical test first time. Now I recommend him to anyone I can.
